BUEXAM is currently free to use. Your account is personal — do not share your credentials.
BUEXAM content and platform code are provided as-is. We may change, remove, or reset any feature or content as we iterate.
Do not upload copyrighted exam material to BUEXAM. All practice content on BUEXAM is synthetic and remains the property of BUEXAM.
Practice content is for personal study — not resale.
We are unofficial. Scores are practice feedback, not results.
Cancel any time. Refunds within 14 days of a new subscription.
1. Acceptance
By creating a BUEXAM account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not create an account. Continued use after a material update means you accept the new version.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to open an account.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity under your account. Tell us as soon as you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from Settings.
New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days if the product was not used substantially. Institutional agreements are governed by the signed order form.
Prices exclude VAT where applicable and may change with 30 days' notice for future billing cycles.
4. Acceptable use
Do not resell, republish, or scrape practice content. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer scoring or bypass rate limits.
Do not upload writing samples that contain personal data belonging to someone else, illegal content, or attempts to jailbreak our systems.
Automated access is allowed only through official APIs — if we release any — and only with an active token.
5. No affiliation & no official scores
BUEXAM is not affiliated with Boğaziçi University, YADYOK, IELTS, the British Council, IDP Education, or the University of Cambridge.
Any band, score, or diagnostic returned by BUEXAM is practice feedback. It cannot be used for admissions, placement, immigration, or employment decisions.
6. Liability & warranty
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — for example, for fraud or death caused by negligence.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or product changes. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
