English, Türkçe, Deutsch, Azərbaycanca, Persian and Arabic. Exam content itself is always in English — the UI language only affects menus, instructions and mentor comments.

No. BUEXAM runs fully in the browser. Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on desktop or laptop are recommended for full mocks. A mic is required for Speaking sections.

No. Paper-based IELTS was retired worldwide on 1 July 2026. BUEXAM only offers the computer-delivered IELTS Academic experience — the same format you will sit at the test centre.

Mocks are one-to-one with the live exam: identical timers, transfer-time rules, question navigator, highlight and note tools, split-screen reading layout and audio-once listening. We do not shortcut any section.

Practice mode allows pausing. Timed full mocks do not — that is intentional. You can still schedule mocks for a specific date and time so they fit your study plan.

Reading and Listening banks receive rolling updates every 4–6 weeks. Writing and Speaking prompts follow published exam-body theme rotations. Version history is visible on every attempt.

Reading and Listening are auto-scored against official answer keys. Writing on the Mentor plan is graded by IELTS/TOEFL-trained mentors against the public band descriptors, with rubric-aligned comments returned within 48 hours.

You record responses in-browser. Mentor plan users receive a scored playback with time-stamped notes on fluency, lexical resource, grammar and pronunciation, plus a target band and one focused drill for the next week.

No. Streaks and XP are motivation tools — they never influence your mock scores or band estimates. Your reported score reflects only your answers on that attempt.

Yes. Every attempt has a Review view with the passage/audio, your answer, the correct answer, and — where relevant — the rationale and difficulty tag. Writing attempts show the mentor's annotated PDF.

Yes. The Free tier includes a full BUEPT mock, sample IELTS and TOEFL sections and auto-scored Reading & Listening — no card required, no time-limited trial.

Unlimited full mocks across all three exams, mentor-graded Writing and Speaking within 48 hours, targeted weakness drills and an exportable progress report.

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Within 7 days of first purchase, contact us for a full refund if you have not submitted a mentor-graded task.

Yes. Your logo, colour palette, custom domain, welcome and completion emails and branded certificates are included on the institutional plan.

Google Workspace and generic SAML SSO are supported. Students can be onboarded via CSV import or SCIM provisioning, grouped into classes and cohorts, and assigned instructors.

In EU-hosted infrastructure. BUEXAM is GDPR-ready: you can export or delete your account and all recordings from Settings → Privacy at any time.

Only you and the specific mentor assigned to your task. Institutional accounts additionally allow the instructor for your cohort to view submissions — never anyone else.

Yes. Switch between IELTS, TOEFL and BUEPT from Settings → Study plan. Your progress stays intact and drills adapt to the new target.
